The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), a global organisation led by seasoned entrepreneurs to support emerging startups, hosted the TiE Global Leadership Summit 2025 in Chandigarh —a two-day event that concluded on Saturday. The summit focused on critical pillars of entrepreneurial growth, including securing funding, mentorship, and incubation for budding ventures.
According to a release from the Haryana government, the event saw enthusiastic participation from leading industrialists and young entrepreneurs across various states. Addressing the summit on Friday, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini expressed pride in witnessing such a vibrant gathering of entrepreneurial talent. He reaffirmed Haryana’s position as one of the most business-friendly states in the country, emphasising its commitment to fostering industrial investment and innovation.
TiE Chandigarh president Puneet Verma announced a series of strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem in North India. Among them was the launch of a Satellite Office in Ludhiana and formation of a dedicated TiE Haryana Chapter. Additionally, Chandigarh became the first chapter after TiE Chennai to introduce the Personal Board Program — a peer-driven platform designed to accelerate leadership development and strategic decision-making among entrepreneurs.
