In a post shared on social media, Annamalai highlighted a video showing a woman from the Narikuravar community being denied access to education. He questioned if this incident reflects the state’s proclaimed education policy. He further accused the DMK of discrimination, noting that the woman’s child was forced to leave a government school because he lacked a birth certificate and Aadhaar card. Even though the family had repeatedly approached government offices, including the Tehsildar’s office in Thiruvallur, they received no help.
“Under the DMK government, ‘social justice’ exists only in speech, not in action,” Annamalai stated.
