A 2017-batch Haryana cadre IAS officer, Satpal Sharma, on Saturday was posted as Deputy Commissioner, Panchkula by the Haryana government. Two other districts, Fatehabad and Charkhi Dadri, also got Dr Vivek Bharti (2016 batch) and Dr Munish Nagpal (2016 batch) as new Deputy Commissioners (DCs), respectively in the orders of transfer/ shuffling of charge. Sharma will also hold the charge of Chief Administrator (Mata Mansa Devi Shrine Board, Panchkula).
Munish Sharma (2014 batch), who was previously DC (Charkhi Dadri), has been posted as Secretary, Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani; while Mandeep Kaur (2013 batch) who was previously DC (Fatehabad) has been posted as Director, Human Resources and Special Secretary to Government, Haryana Human Resources Department. Monika Gupta (2014 batch), who was previously DC (Panchkula), is the new Administrator, HSVP, Panchkula and Additional Director (Urban Estate, Panchkula).
These officers form part of the list of 20 IAS officers and one HCS officer who were given new postings on Saturday.
Some bureaucrats also got additional charge, with 1990-batch IAS officer Sudhir Rajpal now Additional Chief Secretary (Environment, Forests and Wildlife) too; Dr Raja Sekhar Vundru (1990 batch) also announced ACS (Transport); G Anupama (1991 batch) ACS (Citizen Resources Information Department); and TL Satyaprakash (2002 batch) Commissioner & Secretary (Women and Child Development).
In the additional charge list, others include, Yash Garg (2009 batch) with Director General (Industries & Commerce) and MSME; Dharmender Singh (2012 batch) being Administration (Headquarters), HSVP; while Prashant Panwar (2015 batch) got additional charge of CEO (Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra Authority); and Mahender Pal (2017 batch) charge of Registrar (Cooperative Societies). Sushil Kumar (2017 batch) was transferred as Administrator (HSVP, Hisar) and Additional Director (Urban Estate, Hisar).
Phool Chand Meena (2004 batch), who was previously serving as Commissioner (Rohtak division), was replaced by Rajiv Rattan (2008 batch), while Meena was posted as Commissioner & Secretary (Human Resources department). Rattan is also currently Commissioner (Karnal division) and Director General (Science and Technology).
