Ace director Lokesh Kanakaraj has officially launched the first look of the film Sirai, generating significant buzz among film critics and fans. The movie, which is produced by S. S. Lalit Kumar of Seven Screen Studios, stars Vikram Prabhu and marks the debut of L. K. Akshay Kumar, the producer’s son.The film’s first look has garnered considerable attention for its intense and captivating nature. Sirai is a high-budget project with a strong technical team. It is directed by Suresh Rajakumari, a former associate of acclaimed director Vetri Maaran, and is based on a story by director Tamizh (of Taanakaran fame). The narrative is said to be inspired by real-life events and centers on the dynamic between a police officer and a suspect in custody.
The cast features Vikram Prabhu in the lead role, with actress Anantha as his romantic interest. L. K. Akshay Kumar makes his acting debut opposite actress Anishma.
The film’s technical crew includes renowned music director Justin Prabhakaran, cinematographer Madesh Manickam, and editor Philomin Raj. Stunt choreography is handled by Prabhu, with Arun K and Manikandan serving as executive producers.
Shooting for Sirai has been completed in various locations, including Chennai, Sivagangai, and Vellore. The film is now in its final stages of post-production, with announcements regarding the audio and trailer launches expected soon.
