Kavin’s Kiss set for release 19 Sept – News Today

Kavin’s new film Kiss, directed by debutant Satish Krishnan, is set to release in theatres on September 19, 2025. The film follows Kavin’s character, a man who strongly opposes public displays of affection (PDA) and often morally polices couples. The story takes a turn when he unexpectedly falls in love, forcing him to rethink his own beliefs about PDA, with the film exploring this conflict through humour.

The technical team includes cinematographer Harish Kannan, editor RC Pranav, art director Mohan Mahendran, and stunt directors Peter Hein, Dinesh Subbarayan, and Rambo Vimal.

The film promises a mix of comedy and romance as it highlights the clash between traditional mindsets and modern relationships. Audiences can expect situational humour and witty dialogues that reflect everyday challenges in love and social expectations.

Kiss also marks a significant step for Satish Krishnan as a debut director, with his vision focused on blending entertainment with a subtle social message. Fans are eagerly waiting to see Kavin in a character that combines moral rigidity with personal vulnerability, making the story relatable and engaging.

Kiss will release in theatres alongside Shakthi Thirumagan and Thandakaaranyam.
