The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will today (August 25) announce that the results for the Company Secretaries (CS) Examinations – June 2025 session. ICSI held the June 2025 examinations from June 1 to June 10. All candidates took the exam in a single shift scheduled from 9 am to 12:15 pm. The Company will announce the results of the Executive Programme (Syllabus 2022) at 2 pm and the Professional Programme (Syllabus 2017 & 2022) will be announced at 11 am.
Candidates who appeared for the examinations will be able to check their results online through the official ICSI portal, icsi.edu. Here are the steps students can use to check results:

Step 1: Go to the official website — icsi.edu
Step 2: On the homepage, click on CS result link
Step 3: Enter roll number and registration number
Step 4: The CS ICSI exam results will get displayed on the screen
Step 5: Download the ICSI CS exam scorecard
As per the official release, the results will be made available subject-wise along with marks. Students will be able to download their formal e-result-cum-marks statement directly from the website for future reference. The ICSI conducts the CS examinations twice a year, in June and December.
The result cum marksheets of the professional programme will be dispatched to the candidates at their registered address soon after the declaration of the result.
Meanwhile, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released the schedule for the upcoming CS examinations under Syllabus 2022, applicable to both Executive and Professional Programmes. The December 2025 session is set to take place from December 22 to December 29.

Online enrolment and fee submission for this session will commence on August 26, 2025. Students who were unable to clear the June exams are encouraged to seize this opportunity to strengthen their preparation and reappear.
