Hilarious Reactions from DC vs RCB, Match 46 at Arun Jaitley Stadium

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) avenged their earlier defeat against the Delhi Capitals (DC) with a six-wicket win at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. RCB registered their seventh win of the 2025 IPL season after the victory in Match No. 46 to move straight to the top of the Points Table.

DC struggled to build momentum in the first innings as Rajat Patidar’s bowlers maintained tight control with discplined line and lengths throughout the innings. The DC batters could only post 162 for 8 in their 20 overs at the end. KL Rahul was the top scorer with 41 runs and Tristan Stubbs provided some late fireworks with a quick 34 off 18 balls.

With the ball, Bhuvneshwar Kumar picked up three wickets and also became the second-highest wicket-taker in IPL history in the process. Josh Hazlewood also contributed with two wickets, which helped him to regain hold over the Purple Cap.

RCB found themselves in trouble early by losing three wickets for just 26 runs. However, the chase master Virat Kohli and Krunal Pandya steadied the innings with a crucial partnership of 119 runs. The right-handed batter played a composed knock of 51 off 47 balls. Kohli now holds the Orange Cap, going past Nicholas Pooran and Sai Sudharsan following today’s knock. At the other end, Krunal Pandya played a brilliant unbeaten innings, scoring 73 off 47 balls. Tim David provided the climax by smashing 19 runs off just 5 balls in the 19th over to complete the chase comfortably.

For DC, Axar Patel was the standout bowler by finishing with figures of 2 for 19 in his four overs, but no one apart from his really looked good with the ball. After this victory, RCB climbed to the top of the points table with seven wins in 10 matches, while DC, with their third loss of the season, stood at fourth place.
