Retired IAS officer Vipul Mittra who helmed the ‘Khushbu Gujarat ki’ campaign as the state tourism secretary found endorsement from none other than actor Amitabh Bachchan who in a post on X, referred to him as a “dear friend” and went on to add how Mittra “worked assiduously” with him during the Gujarat Tourism campaign. Mittra, who has written two books, runs a channel on YouTube called Dream Chasers, named after one of his books.
