Hosts Rajasthan Royals (RR) faced the mighty Gujarat Titans (GT) in the IPL 2025 match on Monday, April 28, at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. RR skipper Riyan Parag won the toss and elected to field first, pointing out that there might be dew later in the evening. However, Jos Buttler’s explosive batting helped GT post a commanding total of 209 runs in their allotted 20 overs. Buttler brought up his half-century on the very last ball of the innings.

Jofra Archer and Sandeep Sharma chipped in with a wicket each for RR. In a heartwarming moment, Sai Sudharsan claimed the Orange Cap from Jos Buttler in a beautiful gesture of sportsmanship.
