Eugenie’s nutritionist speaks out after Princess of York debuts new figure

Princess Eugenie has unveiled a striking transformation, showcasing a notably slimmer silhouette during appearances at Royal Ascot last week and the Tate Modern on Wednesday.

The 35-year-old Princess of York drew widespread attention for her elegant new figure, which was particularly evident in her £420 cream peplum dress from Self-Portrait at the London gallery event.

Royal watchers were quick to praise her refined appearance. “Princess Eugenie looks so lovely,” one fan commented, whilst another added: “Absolutely beautiful.”

Her unconventional crop top ensemble at Royal Ascot proved equally popular, with one admirer declaring it “hands down the most elegant photo I’ve ever seen of Princess Eugenie.”

The transformation can be attributed to society nutritionist Gabriela Peacock, who counts both Princess Eugenie and her sister Princess Beatrice amongst her A-list clientele.

The 45-year-old nutritionist, who serves as godmother to Beatrice’s three-year-old daughter Sienna, also works with celebrities including Jodie Kidd and Billie Piper.

“As a nutritionist working with everyone from royalty to red carpet regulars, my philosophy is all about realistic wellness,” Peacock told The Sun.

She emphasised her approach focuses on “supporting your skin, energy, and mood through smart nutrition, simple lifestyle tweaks, and a little science-backed supplementation.”

The nutritionist stressed her methods avoid extreme measures. “No crash diets, no overtraining just small changes that create long-term glow,” she explained, outlining how she helps clients achieve their “ultimate summer glow-up.”

The Princess took to Instagram following her Tate Modern visit, writing: “Celebrating 25 years of @tate Modern. It was truly remarkable to hear @gwendolineuniverse’s powerful performance of her poem to Maman, Louise Bourgeois’ spectacular spider, as well as a light show honouring the 25 artists of the Turbine Hall.”

She added: “Great to see @soniaboyceartist too. The Tate space has, and continues to, truly change the face of contemporary art in London.”

At the gallery event, Eugenie’s cream peplum dress highlighted her newly toned physique. The appearance followed her Royal Ascot outing, where she surprised attendees with a crop top ensemble that she later shared on Instagram.

Despite sweltering conditions at Ascot, the Princess maintained an elegant appearance throughout the racing event.

Peacock shared specific meal plans that helped achieve the royal’s summer transformation.

Her breakfast recommendation includes a “Glow Bowl” featuring Greek yoghurt or kefir topped with mixed berries, particularly blueberries and strawberries, plus a tablespoon of chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and manuka honey drizzle.

“Antioxidants for skin protection, probiotics for gut health, and omega-3s for a dewy, hydrated glow,” the nutritionist explained.

She also recommended “hydrating foods such as watermelon, cucumbers and coconut water” to “really help support the skin health to keep it plump and moisturised.”

For lunch, she suggests grilled salmon atop spinach, rocket, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and avocado with lemon-olive oil dressing.

Dinner features grilled chicken with quinoa and roasted vegetables including courgette, peppers and carrots seasoned with garlic and turmeric.

Peacock advises avoiding certain foods during summer months. “Excess sugar can contribute to dull skin and breakouts particularly when the weather is hotter like it is now,” she explained.

The nutritionist also warned against excessive caffeine consumption, which can “really dehydrate the skin and as a result reduce that glowy dewy skin.”

Highly processed foods should be eliminated as they are “low in nutrients and high in inflammatory oils.”

For stress management, Peacock recommends unplugging from screens and maintaining outdoor time. “Get outside every day, even if it’s just for 10 minutes, and stick to a regular sleep routine,” she advised.

Her hydration trick involves adding “a pinch of sea salt or electrolytes” to water for improved absorption. She also suggests replacing one daily coffee with herbal tea or fruit-infused water.

Eugenie also debuted a new makeup regime at Royal Ascot, sporting dark eyeshadow expertly blended across her eyelids and an intense black shade along the lashline.
