AIADMK leader Edappadi K. Palaniswami (EPS) has said that the 2026 Assembly elections will be a straight fight between AIADMK and DMK. He claimed that AIADMK will win 210 constituencies and form the next government.
Speaking to PTI, EPS criticised Chief Minister Stalin’s foreign trips. He asked how much real investment and how many jobs had come from them. He said DMK’s promises remain only on paper.
EPS compared this with AIADMK’s past record. He said Jayalalithaa’s government brought lakhs of crores in investments through global investor meets, which created many jobs.
He also accused the DMK government of failing on social justice and law and order. He said Dalit officials and leaders face humiliation, and crimes like honor killings are not handled properly.
EPS said Tamil Nadu voters know only two parties matter in the state. He expressed confidence that people will support AIADMK and give it a clear majority in 2026.
