Orla, who had been gifted to the Prince and Princess of Wales in 2020, had puppies in May.
Royal fans were delighted to see the young pups revealed alongside Prince William in a touching post to mark his birthday.
“Happy birthday! Love C, G, C, L, Orla and the puppies!” The family wrote in a post celebrating the day.
Princess Kate and her children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis concluded the sweet message with a pair of paws emoji.

Elsewhere on his sister Pippa and her husband’s Bucklebury Farm, preparations are being made for a busy winter season after “significant concerns” were raised by local authorities.
The Matthews purchased the 72-acre property in leafy Berkshire for £1.5million in 2020, a price comparable to a single detached house with a garden in the village.

The sprawling estate features a 44-acre deer park, café, glamping pods, and a children’s play area. It has been open to the public since 1992 and features a petting zoo that was a favourite of young Prince George when visiting his grandparents.
The Matthews have continued developing the site, which attracted 45,000 visitors last year.
However, plans for a countryside nursery at the same site have come under fire from Highway authorities as they warn of increased traffic from the proposed facility and recommend refusing the planning application.
Despite the setback, Pippa and her husband have been teasing plans for a Christmas grotto later this year.
