Cruz Beckham, the youngest son of Sir David and Lady Victoria Beckham, has added the latest layer to an ongoing alleged rift between his family and older brother, Brooklyn.
Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz have been at the centre of speculation about the supposed fallout with his parents for months, and scrutiny intensified this month when the pair purchased an £11 million mansion in Beverly Hills.
The purchase came after the 26-year-old and his 30-year-old wife were notably absent from his father David’s 50th birthday celebrations and failed to acknowledge the football legend’s long-awaited knighthood.
Sources close to the Beckhams told the Mail that the snubs feel “very pointed”, with one claiming the decision was “like Brooklyn and Nicola are deliberately trying to rub David and Victoria’s noses in it.”

The five-bedroom property purchase has reportedly dashed any remaining hopes the Beckhams had that their eldest son’s move to America would be temporary, with insiders suggesting Victoria is concerned her son is now “trapped” in the arrangement.
The financial aspects of the purchase have also allegedly exposed deep tensions between the two families. According to The Sun, Brooklyn does not entirely own the property, with Nicola holding the majority stake after her billionaire father, Nelson Peltz, gifted her the money.
Sources claim the Peltzes have accused David and Victoria of being “tight” with their finances, with the Beckhams reportedly “effectively cut their kids off financially” when they turn 18. However, sources close to the couple have branded this claim “nonsense”.
With so many conflicting claims emerging, Cruz took to Instagram over the weekend to share a rather pointed remark, which could easily be interpreted as a dig towards his oldest sibling.

Cruz shared a screenshot of a lyrics page of the song The End by The Beatles. The image showed the song’s closing lyrics in which the phrase “I love you” is repeated over and over before the final phrase: “And in the end, the love you make, is equal to the love you make.”
The 20-year-old Beckham and budding musician then couldn’t resist his own caption, typing the cryptic four words: “The truth will unfold.”
Cruz is yet to follow up on the post, at the time of writing, adding further speculation as to what his “truth” dig could mean.
Cruz’s update also comes following a pattern of snubs from his brother Brooklyn, that extends beyond major family milestones.

Another insider defended the LA purchase, telling MailOnline: “This house has nothing to do with family dynamics.

They noted Brooklyn attended school in LA for several years, adding: “LA has always felt like home to him.”
